Urban Living Delivery Board

The Urban Living Delivery Board is chaired by an independent Chairman (Proff Peter Latchford) and is responsible for developing, managing and delivering the Urban Living strategy and programme. It is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds including the two local authorities of Birmingham and Sandwell, the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA), Advantage West Midlands, Registered Social Landlords and the private sector.

The Urban Living team

At an operational level, the Urban Living team oversees the Housing Market Renewal Area programme which is delivered by the two local authorities, area based initiatives (such as the New Deal for Communities schemes in Aston and Greets Green), housing associations and private sector partners.
