Since 2003 Urban Living has supported a variety of interventions through out the Smethwick area including land acquisition, new build, refurbishment, clearance and demolition. However further Urban Living support will depend on the outcome of masterplanning of the area known as the Windmill Eye (between Crocketts Lane, High St/Cape Hill and Grove Lane).
