Under no circumstances will Urban Living be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of urbanliving.org.uk regardless of the form of action.

Urban Living does not warrant that functions contained in urbanliving.org.uk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that urbanliving.org.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Privacy Policy

Urban Living makes no effort to identify public individual users of this site. No identifying data of such individual users is disclosed to any third party for any purpose unless you give us permission to do so, or we are required to do so by law.

The above does not apply to users sending email to Urban Living addresses or lists on this site (some of which may not be in the urbanliving.org.uk domain) or responses to user completed forms on Urban Living web pages.

Urban Living does not use technologies such as cookies to maintain any information on users.

Log files are analysed to determine a number of statistics and to record visitors' use of the site. The log file information is used to make changes and to improve the content and layout of the site.

Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Urban Living holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests.) Jurisdiction

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

The terms of this website, any dispute arising out of the use of the website and your relationship with us shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
